'You must transfer the patient in a well-equipped ambulance after thrombolysis. If you don't have facility of well-equipped ambulance, transferring patient 200 kilometers after thrombolysis might harm the patient.'

'In acute MI or STEMI, the time is the most important thing, if revascularization is done within 6 hours from onset of symptoms the patient will benefit the most, but if you go beyond 6 hours the benefit is not too high. '
